The Alcomo Hygiene App supports those responsible in the gastronomy for the documentation of the legally required self-monitoring within the framework of Good Hygiene Practice and the HACCP concept. Not only can control points, such as the receipt of perishable food, the temperatures of refrigeration equipment or the heating of animal foodstuffs, be easily and quickly documented, but also the monitoring of Good Hygiene Practices, such as the change of frying oil and cleaning work.

The Alcomo HACCP App, which is already successfully used by over 500 businesses across Europe, plays a significant role in implementing food safety standards. Our customers from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria can vouch for this impressively. The app is equally efficient in other European countries, such as England, France, and Belgium.

The app significantly reduces the effort for documentation, checks can no longer be forgotten and records cannot be lost. The entire paperless documentation can be easily and quickly presented to the authorities upon request. It is archived and serves at any time as proof of self-monitoring and compliance with the duty of care with regard to hygiene and food safety.

To use the app, you need a login. If you are a customer of Alcomo SA, you already have a login that can also be used for the Alcomo Hygiene App. Otherwise, you can set up a login and an access on the website www.alcomo.com.

External delivery services can document temperature checks of food delivery at the customers premises. They can use the Alcomo app without a subscription. The deliveries are sent via QR code. In this case, the app only allows temperature checks during delivery.

The test version works without a login. In the test version you can get to know the basic functions of the app.
Without registration and login, however, not all functions are available and the app cannot be configured.
